On Sunday 29th October, I had the opportunity to photograph a group of riders and their classic motorcycles at Young. The riders were participating in a Commemorative Ride to celebrate 75 years of the Harley-Davidson 42WLA which was used extensively by Allied Forces (including Australia) in WW2. Over 3,000 of this model were supplied to the Australian military. As can be seen by the photographs, some of the 70 plus motorcycles on display are still in original condition, with many others restored or transferred to day to day riding in civilian trim. Needless to say, it was great to see so many motorcycles on the road and still going after 75 years.
These photos are amazing Shell!! Well done have captured them remarkably.
